WeddingBox are expanding! We're actively seeking individuals or couples who are interested in starting up their own destination wedding planning business in Europe with our full training and guidance.

Here is what we're offering...

  • Exclusivity of your chosen area and your new WeddingBox logo tailored especially for you
  • Email address(es), cloud drive and calendar all ready and set up along with your own WeddingBox website (We'll help you gather text and photos for your site as part of your training).
  • Full training – Starting in our Lake Como office, enabling you to see first-hand how we run our branch and connect with our couples. In high wedding season, you’ll be invited back to attend some weddings / tours / menu tastings / couples’ meetings with us so you have proper hands on experience before you go back home. We’ll also travel over to you to help you get set up in your chosen area. We’ll also be present on the day of your first wedding to support and guide you in person through the day, making sure everything runs perfectly smoothly. We would aim to have your branch up, running and ready to take bookings in around three months. This unique hands-on wedding planner training cannot be found anywhere else!
  • Once your branch is running, we will continue to mentor you as you talk to clients, market your business, check availability, write contracts, prepare legal documents for civil weddings, book suppliers and venues, attend couples’ meetings, prepare final balances, draft programs and much more.
  • You will have full access to all our forms, our couples’ contract (which may need tailoring to your country) and spreadsheets (shared in real-time with our clients so they can see the planning progress ‘live’ as you work together). You will have absolutely everything you will need to run your business, it’s all done for you – Our complete office system that has taken years of tweaking and perfecting to make it run faultlessly.
  • We will introduce you to the all-important additional income streams that will boost your revenue and make sure you hit the ground running that much faster.
  • You will receive a branded stationery package including business cards, shopper bags, pens, project folders, headed paper and more.
  • We offer advice and guidance whilst setting up your social media platforms and creating posts.
  • Guidance with marketing ideas, application and analysis.
  • Preparation for your official business launch.
  • A private, group discussion platform where you can be in contact with other WeddingBox branch owners to ask questions, seek advice, share stories and discuss ideas.
  • You will be invited to our annual get-together where we share all our best stories and ideas and get to connect and know each other personally. Here, you will be able to make suggestions and have a say as we build and plan the future of our successful WeddingBox brand.
